“We had a great experience at the Ankeny IHOP. Our experience was most impacted by our server Kylie! She was nothing short of AMAZING! There were a few mixups on our order from the kitchen and she handled the entire experience with tremendous GRACE, urgency, and a level of service that you wouldn't expect from a teenager! She is FANTASTIC! Thank you Kylie! We will be back whenever we are in town to see you! 💓“

“Shout out to the Manager at the Panera Bread, north Ankeny. I ordered lunch for both my husband and myself off the kiosk. When we were alerted to pick it up, they just had my husband’s order at the kitchen counter. I asked if my soup was ready and they didn’t have it on the order. The kitchen just dished up a bowl and gave it to me along with the drink I thought I had ordered. I returned to the main counter and explained that I owed them for a bowl of soup and drink. The manager at the register said, “not today, it’s your lucky day”. I will be returning to this location for the kindness both the kitchen staff and manager displayed. Thank you!“
