“my daughter and I stumbled upon this neat place today. she has the classic burger with a side of fresh fruit and she loved it. I had the grinder with a side of amazing tomato bisque soup. we shared some tasty chicken loaded nachos and will definitely be making the 45 minute drive again very soon. our waitress was a lovely lady named Tatum(I cannot remember how your name is spelled,I'm so sorry). she was rocking the bar and taking orders all by herself. she constantly made sure we were doing ok. 10/10🤟“

“The inside is small but mighty! Great location for a bar surrounded by shops, restaurants and all the downtown activities. Their outdoor seating area is perfect for people watching! The food truck was awesome as well. Cheap drinks, tasty food truck options and it's prime location for a day or night out. We would go back again!“

“We had a great experience at the Ankeny IHOP. Our experience was most impacted by our server Kylie! She was nothing short of AMAZING! There were a few mixups on our order from the kitchen and she handled the entire experience with tremendous GRACE, urgency, and a level of service that you wouldn't expect from a teenager! “Shout out to the Manager at the Panera Bread, north Ankeny. I ordered lunch for both my husband and myself off the kiosk. When we were alerted to pick it up, they just had my husband’s order at the kitchen counter. I asked if my soup was ready and they didn’t have it on the order. The kitchen just dished up a bowl and gave it to me along with the drink I thought I had ordered. I returned to the main counter and explained that I owed them for a bowl of soup and drink. The manager at the register said, “not today, it’s your lucky day”. I will be returning to this location for the kindness both the kitchen staff and manager displayed. Thank you!“
