“Went for the first time as we are from 4 hours away. Everything was awesome. Got seated right away. And order was taken. Food came out hot. Didn’t try the pop tart as wasn’t sure what it was. But heard it is very good. Maybe next time we get to town. Service was outstanding“

“Last week was my 1st time here, but the staff treated me like an old friend. & the pizza was amaaazing. While waiting for my food, there was a little girl who was dancing & fell (she was alright). The staff were very kind to her & even gave her a big cookie to have for dessert!“

“I received the wrong order at 1st but they made it right and brought out my correct order. By then I had enough soup and salad to not want the meal. Packed up my food and when I went to eat it later it was much too salty for my liking, but my young daughters enjoyed their food and especially the birthday cake they gave me for my birthday 🎂 I wanted a strawberry cake, they were out so they improvised with strawberries from the bar area. My daughters loved the cake. Great customer service by the server and manager.“

“We eat here a lot. I was happy to see an offer for a bonus $5 gift card with purchase of a $25 card. So I go for the offer, only to discover, several screens into the process, that there is a $2.50 "digital services fee." Come on guys. This really leaves a bad taste in your mouth.“

“Shout out to the Manager at the Panera Bread, north Ankeny. I ordered lunch for both my husband and myself off the kiosk. When we were alerted to pick it up, they just had my husband’s order at the kitchen counter. I asked if my soup was ready and they didn’t have it on the order. The kitchen just dished up a bowl and gave it to me along with the drink I thought I had ordered. I returned to the main counter and explained that I owed them for a bowl of soup and drink. The manager at the register said, “not today, it’s your lucky day”. I will be returning to this location for the kindness both the kitchen staff and manager displayed. Thank you!“
