I am from Atlanta, home of Chick-fil-A. I have always loved the food. The employees are always, polite, friendly, and helpful.Kid-friendliness: Children are free to be children.Wheelchair accessibility: They have ramps available.
The only reason I give 4 stars for service is because I think it's silly having workers walking up to vehicles to take orders. I could see if it were every other vehicle, but they don't even use the regular menu at that point, and there ends up being a gap between vehicles.I'm sure this is a corporate move, but it seems like it could use improvement.Otherwise, the food is always great, and I'm typically greeted with a "it's our pleasure" whether authentic or not.
