“The girls at Sweet Swirls today were so accommodating! We brought in, from Rock Creek, 12 residents in at once. They listened, took their time, and made sure every order was right. We appreciate it so much!“

“This was a fun place to have brunch. It’s in a very large live/work/entertainment complex, so I’m not sure I’d want to be there on a weekend, but on a Wednesday it was easy to find parking. I ordered the shrimp and grits and it was out of this world. I love shrimp and grits and have eaten it all over the South. These were different from Southern shrimp and grits, but no less tasty. My server, Kendra, was charming and excellent. The restaurant has a fun vibe, very colorful, with Warhol type prints on the wall, and vintage music videos playing, but not too loudly.“

You can see the team has a great atmosphere to work around, and that they exhibit a lot of care for what they do. “It's a Panera, on par with any other Panera. Good bagels, never had a bad drink from here, a little compact to fit a lot of seating but not claustrophobic. Can get a lot loud and might be difficult to hear when your order is called, but the pickup area is obvious and easy to check. Overall solid place and never had any issues.“

“Shout out to the Manager at the Panera Bread, north Ankeny. I ordered lunch for both my husband and myself off the kiosk. When we were alerted to pick it up, they just had my husband’s order at the kitchen counter. I asked if my soup was ready and they didn’t have it on the order. The kitchen just dished up a bowl and gave it to me along with the drink I thought I had ordered. I returned to the main counter and explained that I owed them for a bowl of soup and drink. The manager at the register said, “not today, it’s your lucky day”. I will be returning to this location for the kindness both the kitchen staff and manager displayed. Thank you!“
