“We eat here a lot. I was happy to see an offer for a bonus $5 gift card with purchase of a $25 card. So I go for the offer, only to discover, several screens into the process, that there is a $2.50 "digital services fee." Come on guys. This really leaves a bad taste in your mouth.“

“I ordered catering this weekend for a bridal party as they got ready for their big day. The sandwiches were delicious, but the service was even better! The staff went out of their way to make the process as easy as possible, allowed me to pick up before they opened, and they even provided 2 sets of condiments. The best part…..they did that without me asking. When I ordered the staff explained the boxes and I said two would be great, so I have one for the bride suite and one for the groom suite. They went out of their way to make sure it was perfect and it was!!“

“Food is great, but two orders in a row, we have been shorted on sauce and pitas that we paid extra for. Strongly recommend to avoid using the online order because it will be filled incorrectly and there is a steep surcharges“

“This is the first truly Muslim- and Kosher-friendly dining experience I’ve had in Ames.
Ashley, Trenton, and Griffin were exceptionally respectful and honest. When I explained that I do not eat pork, they prepared fresh vegetables from a lower shelf that had not been touched with gloves used for pork and used clean equipment. That level of care made a real difference.
This was the first time we were able to eat pizza with complete peace of mind.
If these employees are eligible for recognition or a raise, they genuinely deserve it. Please take care of and retain this rare type of staff.

“This was our first time visiting Noodles & Company, and we went in expecting basic pasta with a few sauce options—but we were pleasantly surprised. The food was fantastic! Everyone in our group ordered something different, and every dish was a hit. I had the Lemon Shrimp Scampi, and it was absolutely delicious.
They offer both small and large portion sizes, which is a nice option depending on your appetite. The service was excellent, the restaurant was clean, and the prices were very reasonable. Overall, it was a great experience and we will definitely be back.“

“This is my favorite place in Ames, each time I want to relax or cheer up I ended up going there. I am a student and I love it that I can work from there. The fire place makes the atmosphere pretty cozy. The staff were always nice. I remember once I came there pretty late that they were about to close but they accept me to stay and have my food and edded up giving me some free cookies that was left from that day bakary. I went to other branches of banera bread but non of them were as clean and pretty as this one.“
