“I’ve been coming to this Caribou location since it opened, and it's a genuinely great restaurant. I used to have some recurring issues with my Nitro Caramel High Rise orders not coming out quite right, but I brought it up and management actually listened. They completely fixed the issue, and my drinks have been perfectly spot-on ever since. It’s rare to find a place that takes customer feedback so seriously and acts on it so quickly. Highly recommend stopping here for the excellent service and great coffee!“

“Following a warm greeting upon entering, we ordered a white chocolate mocha, a vanilla latte, and cinnamon coffee cake. Two employees brought the smoothest coffee we have ever had as well as warm (comfort food) coffee cake! Excellent service and atmosphere!“
