“INCREDIBLE. I ended up visiting 3x in my first week and look forward to revisiting. It's bustling! Large open space, the choices to order are endless and everyone was so willing to cater to my friend who couldn't drink caffeinated beverages. All of the foods were incredible & so fun to share - the flights are the most fun, and again, the staff is so incredible with answering all questions & helping you make the most of your visit. I will be revisiting a thousand more times & look forward to the friendly service, fast prep, and incredible drinks - both seasonal & normal menu items!!“
“I stopped by on my lunch break and ordered through the drive-thru. I ordered a grande iced sugar cookie latte with whole milk and two breakfast sandwiches. The line had about 4 cars in front of me and I knew they would be pretty busy since it was the first day of their holiday drinks being released. I got to the window, paid and they handed me my sandwiches and my drink which looked a little different but it was the right size and I was in a hurry. I left and realized it was someone else’s drink and normally I would’ve just said it’s fine but it was an iced coffee with 2% milk so I knew I wouldn’t be able to drink it. I turned around and went inside this time and explained to the man at the counter, Brad, that I was given the wrong drink. He was super polite and asked me what drink I was supposed to get instead and made it for me right then and there while offering to upgrade me to a venti but I declined since I was content with a grande. He was professional and quick to remake my drink and apologized for the mistake. Great customer service. I understand that this time of year is crazy for baristas and especially being the first day that the holiday drinks were released so I completely understand the mixup but overall the customer service was great and the drink was delicious!“
“Very nice staff here in the morning. I have ordered drinks here 3 days in a row and they were all very good. Matcha green tea latte will always be one of my personal favorites but classic coffee is good too! I will continue to drink coffee here!“
“I don't get to come this way often for coffee. Since I don't frequent Scooters, I like to know what the barristas favorite drink is. They were out of their favorite drink but had a second suggestion. I love it when they play along. The drink came out fast and hot. I wish I was able to get to a Scooters more often. The drinks are great, and the servers are too.“
“I LOVE Dunkin Donuts and get it when I can, but lately the service has been disappointing. The ONLY person I’ve observed doing any decent work is the red head girl Lily who takes my order every time, makes it, and gives it to me. No one else in this location seems to care as much or put in work of any quality near hers. I’d leave a 5 star review if I were just reviewing Lily, however the work I’ve observed being put in by others is just disappointing… it seems like they also rely on her to do just about everything.. Unfair! I hope that this changes soon or else I will not be coming anymore.“
“On the day I visited, the young man who took my order at the drive through had such a wonderful personality that I gave him a tip when he took my cash! He made my day. Perfect people-person. He is worth twice the normal fast-food pay. Anyone can have satisfied customers. But loyal customers is what you need. I would drive back to get McD's there even though my town also has one.“
“Best Boba in town. They have games you and your friends can play. Service is always friendly. Get a punch card for a free Boba later.My favorite is a green tea with pineapple and kiwi popping boba.Kid-friendliness: There is a Foosball table too!“
“Great local shop, perfect for meetings or working in a unique space with both chair and table and floor seating. Spiced coffee is a fun option, and their more standard coffee choices are delicious too. They carry pastries from Cha Cha’s. Great addition to the southwest Des Moines area!“
“Absolutely love this little cafe in West Des Moines, their seasonal drinks are delicious and the food looked and smelled amazing (we didn't try any). The service was great and everything was very timely. The reason for a one star deduction is because there simply isn't enough seating during the rush hour.“
