“Very clean and modern atmosphere. The owners are really nice and friendly. Coffee is smooth. Pastries are freshly made and sealed in the glass jar to keep fresh. The peanut butter cookies were even warm when I got them in the noon. You can tell the owners are really hard working and taking care of the business properly.“

“We stopped in the evening of 3/17. We got a large sausage, mushrooms and onion pizza with a side of garlic cheese bread. Hands down the best pizza I've had! The staff was very helpful and positive. Large pizza and cheese bread, softdrinks was under $30. We will go back.“

“The only complaint I have is of the Sunday Brunch. We discovered this place on a Saturday morning on our way to Iowa City. The food was phenomenal. Sunday was definitely different. The food seemed like it was pre- packaged. Not the same homemade quality AND no bacon. How can you have a brunch without Bacon. I will still recommend this place because the food was so delicious but I do not recommend the brunch.“

Sugar Grove Goods Coffee Shops • $
1404 Walnut St, Dallas Center - 5.62 miles

“The best little coffee shop you've never heard of. Need to get away and relax with a hot cup of coffee or tea? Make the drive out to Dallas Center a priority. Meg and her wonderful staff will make sure you leave with a smile and great conversation. I judge most coffee shops by their black coffee and Sugar Grove has the best. Fresh donuts daily from a local proprietor coupled with art and keepsakes made by area crafts people will leave you wondering why you hadn't come sooner. And the sammies are out of this world. Do yourself a favor and get to Sugar Grove Good sooner rather than later!!“

Scooter's Coffee Coffee Shops • $
122 Hickman Rd, Waukee - 7.31 miles

“I have been a regular at scooters for a little over two years now and every time I pull up to the window they know my order, they offer or suggest seasonal flavors based on what I like, they even unwrap my straw halfway so I don’t have to take the wrapper in my car lol. Everyone that helps me has always been pleasant and sweet to work with. Their coffee is very high quality and delicious. I’ve never had a disappointing experience. I’ve attached a couple pictures showing how thoughtful the staff can be to their regulars, i get a holiday card each year and each year they get sweeter ?. A+ service at all times.“

“Came here on a whim, needed to find a place that had both not greasy fast food for dinner and something that fell into the "smoothie" category. I had an awesome bagel sandwich creation & the peachy keen for my meal, my child had a scoop of their icecream in a conveniently designed child friendly dish (it didn't end up all over them or the booth we ate in). No complaints, exceeded my expectations being connected to a gas station etc. Convenient spot not far from Triumph park.Parking: There's a couple of spots on the west side of the building pretty clearly meant for smokey row customers, but it is still connected to the gas station parking itself. Not a huge lot, but probably not a problem unless you're there at peak rush hour.Kid-friendliness: No one said a word about my kid being a (fairly normal) kid. Didn't feel like I was imposing on anyone or being an inconvenience.“
