I LOVE Cafe Diem! Every time I go I feel like I’m at home. Tabitha is an amazing barista/host and always helps me with getting a high chair and bringing my drink over. She is very kind and welcoming and makes me want to keep coming back!! I would recommend Cafe Diem to anyone!
Stopped here with my sister for a light lunch and had the best chicken salad sandwich I have ever had! The flavor was fabulous!! And the coffee was great as well. Highly recommend!!
We love coming here! It’s one of the best breakfast places in Ankeny! Cinnamon roll pancakes 🤤 The staff is always so kind as well. Highly recommend

This is a great spot to begin your day or take a break in the middle of a busy one. Kindness all over, a good overall vibe that surfaces due to the layout and spacing. Plenty of parking, good seating options, Wi-Fi, and areas to work, chat, nosh, or prepare for a big day. The talented staff focuses on positive customer service, and Tabitha was fantastic, steering customers through their initial visit. Customers loved the breakfast sandwich and appreciated having soft drink options in addition to the delicious coffee and drinks.
