Wig & Pen Pizza Pub in Ankeny is a great spot for delicious pizza and appetizers. The chicken pizza with Alfredo and bacon is a standout choice. The atmosphere is welcoming and the interior is very nice. The service was good and the waiter was excellent, especially with kids. The Chicago stuffed large carnivore, chicken wings, and cheese bread are also top-notch. Prices are reasonable for the quality of food provided. It's a family-friendly place for a satisfying meal with leftovers.
