(Unless allergic) I have been going to this place since they opened. Way back when they were one of the first places in North Ankeny. If you haven't been here? Go. “Rise & Grind Nutrition: Stellar Service and a Delicious Treat! Just had a fantastic experience at Rise & Grind Nutrition in Ankeny, even though it was close to closing time! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, taking my order with a smile despite they were minutes away from closing. And let me tell you, the PB Twix protein drink was absolutely delicious! It tasted like a decadent treat while still packing a protein punch. Rise & Grind definitely impressed me with their courteous service and their menu. I'll definitely be back to try more of their creations! 5 out of 5 stars!“
“Yummy food! Friendly staff. It happened to be karaoke night. Had a great time. Ate lots of the 36th Street Corn Dip before we took a picture. I had the Honey Garlic Flatbread, and my husband had the Bedda Chedda Stuffed Cheeseburger. Everything came out on time and hot! Jamie was very nice.“
“Have been to Scooters off and on since moving to ankeny 4 years ago and have never once had a bad experience. The staff has always been very kind and helpful with my questions. The coffee actually tastes like coffee no matter what flavors you get though if you are used to Starbucks you may not like this. I can drive up and as long as I know what I want I can be out of there within a minute or 2 of pulling up usually. They always seem to have something that I can get to satiate whatever random craving I seem to have whenever it comes to drinks.Highly recommended. Though I do wish there was more cinnamon drinks year round“

“I've now been here twice, and love this place. First, the prices they list all include sales tax, so you know exactly what everything costs.Both times I've gotten a strawberry banana smoothy, which is delicious. The second time I took the wife and kids, and they loved their shakes as well.I will say my younger child tried ordering just a chocolate smoothy, and he did not like it (it tasted very much like a cold twisty roll, which I acknowledge was odd). They substituted a strawberry banana smoothy to him for free, which I had not expected and was very happy that they did.I definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a good smoothy, especially given that you can customize flavors and fruits for a great price.“
