“Overall, this location is amazing! The food is hot, the smoothies are packed with flavor....if you go before noon. The morning crew is amazing and make great food. The afternoon/evening crew...different story. All the smoothies taste like ice, and the food is always missing ingredients and is smaller? I come here often as it's one of the only places I can get a smoothie when I work odd hours, and I have come over a dozen times at this point, and the morning is always great...and the evening makes me want to never return after noon. All I want is for the smoothies to always taste the same and for the food to be the same. I just want the evening crew to get more training, and to care, or follow the recipe.“

Cory, the owner, was kind, accommodating, and efficient. The drinks came quick, too - I’m used to Whole Foods wait time. If you’re in Des Moines and you like healthy juice, go out of your way to visit. (The 4-stars for atmosphere was only because there were some boxes kind of piled next to the counter. I'm a very routine-order person so I've only ever tried the black sugar milk tea with boba here, but I lowkey just never bothered trying any of their other drinks simply because this one is so good. Most of my friends who do like several of their drinks also tend to gravitate towards the black sugar milk tea as well, though, so I feel validated in always ordering the same drink over and over :) It's also so cozy and fun inside all the shops--I've been to three of the locations and they all have the same relaxing vibe, lots of plants and soft music.“

“Pulled up at 830am on a Saturday behind 7 cars and the line moved so quickly. I ordered 2 coffees, 2 cinnamon rolls & 3 breakfast sandwiches and was out of there in 10 minutes. With a smile on my face because the young women working were not only quick, they were also super friendly & chatty WHILE they worked. I don't know what Scooters does for training but it should be taught everywhere.“

The music is blasting and the girls come out to your car to take your order. It's usually pretty busy with several vehicles in line waiting, but the service is fast and the drinks are diverse with creative new mixtures. It's less expensive than Caribou or Starbucks. There is no dine-in option, the only drawback.“
