I really like this place!! I travel a lot and try to hit different nutrition clubs in different towns. This Is one of my favorites. Great, positive vibes every time I am there. They also have a unique menu with more choices than most clubs. Will definitely keep them on my list of places to go!
I have been to rise and grind a handful of times, each time I've gotten the cafe latte shake. That one is delicious and filling for a meal replacement shake. This establishment uses Herbalife protein and you add a handful of adds ons like fat reducers, immunity boosters, etc to your teas and shakes. This time I went and tried one of their March specials shakes- the better than cake. This one doesn't take the cake for me!
