“This restaurant notified us, after we ordered online for delivery, that they believed our driver took our order. They called to tell us that before we even had a chance to believe there was a problem, and fully communicated what the issue was. They remade our order and it was delivered less than a half hour after they discovered the issue. Superior customer service. Highly recommend.“

“We were in Des Moines for a soccer tournament and ran across you guys. I was diagnosed with celiac 3 years ago and you guys made hands down the best GF burger and tots I have had in 3 years. That includes better than in n out burger since you guys actually have a bun and they don’t. It’s also the best gf bread I have found in 3 years. I hope to someday make it back again!“

“I was visiting from Mississippi and learned that tenderloin was a big deal in this area.I was on a mission to find the best and I really believe I found it.Love the old diner vibe and the friendly staff at this place.I will definitely come back every time I visit family in the area.That King tenderloin sandwich is definitely hitting!!!“

“I went through the drive in and was greeted by a friendly young girl who took my order. She came back with my order within a few minutes. The order was correct and I was on my way. I had the Chicago dog w/no tomatoes. The food was wonderful, and I considered it to be a real bargain. Oh yeah, I'm coming back.“

“IF YOU RUN THIS PLACE, FIX THE MUSIC PLAYLIST.
Ok, for the rest of you: Ernie’s is the best bar in DSM. Cheap drinks, good atmosphere, cool bartenders, and the food truck sells great burgers. Recently the owner(s?) has/have enforced a strict playlist on the place (which is worse than letting your bartenders pick the music, if that needs spelled out), but this is a recent hiccup in a place that I frequent and love.“

“Took my mom and brother here on Friday to try to cheer my brother up after a bad day and our waitress Dey did just that and more! She had an AMAZING attitude, was very attentive to our table, never did a drink go low and she just had the best vibe I’ve ever experienced while eating out. She even offered a drink to go, just going above and beyond with her service. If you go here make sure to ask for Dey, she’ll make your experience worth while!!“

“Both the ladies in the Chrome Cafe was very professional, courteous, friendly, & with great attitude. And my order was done in a fast & timely manner that I didn't even get comfortable in my seat to wait for the order to be done. Will definitely come back to see them two again. And yes the veggie burger & fries was cooked to perfection. Well done all around ladies. See you when I'm back in town again. Layta PS... I eat majority of the food as I was typing this lol.“

“We were visiting Iowa for the Junior Olympics, and we had a wonderful experience at Applebee’s! Our server, Desire, was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. She made sure everything was perfect and checked on us throughout our meal. The food was great, and her outstanding customer service made our visit even better. Thank you, Desire, for making our time in Iowa so memorable. “My family loves B-Bops. We drove through on yesterday and received very pleasant customer service. Unfortunately, one of the 2 6-piece nuggets that we ordered was missing when we got to our destination. I sent a message to their customer service and received a reply and remedy within 24 hours. Excellent customer service all around!“
