From 10:15 to 10:35 nobody answered the drive thru. I thought people were pulling ahead because they were moving up to pay. Nope! They were moving up because nobody was taking orders. I pulled around and there is one lady sweeping and 3 others on their phones not doing anything. You lost at least 10 cars and those were just the ones I saw when I was there.

They got my order right, the facility was clean, the bathroom didn't smell horrible. On the down side, it was really hard to get anyone's attention without yelling.

So the manager during the day named yelda is absolutely unprofessional thinks cause she wears a nice outfit she can boss her employees around mess up orders through drive through that she’s running a good show, she pulled up my order that was screwed up I then had to reorder my order “pay 2x for one order” and come in and request corporates number and was denied because of her “fine service” so if you plan on returning to this McDonald’s under her management you might want to reconsider and drive a few more miles.
