Went to lunch there today with my sister. Both of our sandwiches were made wrong so we brought them back up to be remade (we were dining in) the employees gave us nasty looks and we’re not apologetic. They didn’t even acknowledge us they just took the sandwiches and started making new ones. Horrible customer service. Did not receive my full order. Still waiting. Called store again and talked with Logan. He said he was entering a credit for my next order. All I would have to do is call the store directly. I will take a screen shot of this as a reminder. Update: Went in for another order and wanted to use "credit", was not recorded anywhere. Most of the employees here are rude. It was pouring outside and we stepped in for a minute, because we were soaked. The guy working said, "this is not a stop." I couldn't believe how rude that was. People come in all the time even if they're not ordering something. If it's raining or not, you don't tell people to leave unless they're doing something wrong. That's not right. Besides that, this JJ has never had good customer service. Ever.
