1 halloween at the late night cart a "gust of wind" (some claimed it was a witch) knocked the garlic sauce container onto our mac cheese basket, or so the story goes. Yesterday at ISU I tried the Macubana food truck. On one hand, the food was excellent buI had a difficult time eating it after seeing the kitchen... read on. The service was fine, typical food truck. Kind of like a slightly better Applebee's but with a focus on mac and cheese and grilled cheese. Right in the heart of campustown by ISU, so it can get busy. I recommend going at an off-peak time.

A really good idea for a restaurant! A whole bunch of really good dishes that would slap on a drunk night out. I had the tomato, basil, and mozzarella dish. It was basically pasta. My partner had the barbecue brisket Mac and cheese, which was to die for! They also had a ton of different long Island ice tea flavors that were great! I had the Tokyo tea, which was awesome! My partner had the Nerds tea, and that was really sweet. It's not my flavor, but it's still good....
