First-timers today. We ordered the Big Lamb Gyro, dolmas and french fries, and are very happy to recommend this place. Portions were large and the food was extremely fresh, but the thing that impressed me and raises Omar’s versions above other similar places was his seasoning. Subtle, not overpowering, but distinctive. THIS PLACE RULES
The food here is sooo good, with very quick service (at least when I went in non-peak hours). I got the chicken shawarma, which had nice juicy meat and a very soft pita. I had a chicken shawarma the next day at a place in the MOA and it seemed like dry garbage compared to what I had here, so I figured I should leave good old Omar’s this review! :)
