Food is average as far as McDonalds goes. Service if awful. Almost every time I go my drive thru order is missing something and messed up. Today (2/28) order 1209. Ordered a Diet Coke and got regular Coke, not a huge deal. Ordered 1 McChicken, received 0 and didn’t notice until I got home. Ordered 2 apple pies, all they had was 1 strawberry, lucky they offered a refund. I get that McDonalds has high turnover rate, and it’s many people’s first job. I don’t envy you but cmon, it can’t be that hard!

Terrible experience the whole time!! I ordered a $20 meal and got to the window and handed the guy my card just for him to tell me it’s cash only and he forgot. I said I could drive and take off money and requested a Mcchicken or two for my trouble. (Since I wouldn’t have ordered if I knew but my food was ready). He says I’ll ask the manager and I asked to talk to him. The manager (Alex) then informed me he could not reimburse me for not informing me of their cash only situation, and was rude and impolite the whole exchange. I thought the customer was always right...Terrible customer service from their Manager Alex again. I can’t stress how horrendous he handled the situation! The guy who took my order was nice and patient though.

I went there to get a carnivore meal of hamburger patties! It was late Wednesday! She put it in one box very nice! It looked like I went to a restaurant! Not a fast food place! Very very impressed and I will go back!!

Worst service ever. No counter help. Nobody brings out curbside orders. Sat there over 10 minutes went inside and stood there another 10 waiting for anyone to come to the counter. Watched people leave tired of waiting. Door dash waiting for a very long time for his order. All while the two curbside orders just sit on the counter waiting out of reach. I guess it's McCold food today.

We were the first one of only 4 cars there. We were pulled forward for 3 items and waited 5 minutes. None of the food was warm and they brought out a 4 peice instead of a 6 peice without any sauce. I went inside and asked for fresh food and to receive all of our food. I waited another 5 minutes inside and was handed a warmer burger, fresher nuggets and fries that were still cold. After waiting 10 full minutes it's unacceptable that they are still serving us old cold fries with no apology. I specifically asked for my food to be fresh but apparently it was too much trouble to drop some fresh fries with more than a handful of people working back there. This location also ALWAYS pulls EVERY car forward no matter how small the order so that they can falsified their KPIs while making their customers wait longer, mixing up orders OFTEN and serving poor quality old food all the time.

Waited 15 mins and they didn't even know what I ordered. Drove home 3 mins after getting my food to ice cold fries. They are trash.
Honestly just upset about my frappe. I got a large frappe with extra chocolate drizzle and add Oreo. I get this frappe that’s not even fully blended, like you can see the large ice chunks in it. The “extra” drizzle was just the normal amount on the top. The lady who gave me my frappe said “if you go to the one in Nevada they put the drizzle in the cup.” AND 37c for just a sprinkle of Oreo on the top? McDonald’s what is this?!!!!! At least the one on Lincoln blends the Oreo. I do NOT want this. Straight to the trash it goes. Smh. do better.

I ordered at exactly 10:18 AM and received my order at 10:42 AM. I waited 22 minutes for my order of 3 items. I kept asking about my order multiple times and employees kept saying it will be out shortly. DO NOT ORDER HERE unless you want an hour of your wasted. I recommend B-Bops. They are way faster of an average of 3 minutes and compensate for waiting too long. McDonald's please fix your damn systems.
