I bought two happy meals today that were supposed to be chicken nuggets for my twins. Opened them to eat them and they did not have any nuggets in them :( I tried to call two different times to ask for a refund/let them know and no one answered the phone.

McDonald's offers great food and service, but some customers have experienced issues. This branch is truly exceptional, with the staff always getting orders right and providing great service. The restaurant is very clean, and the food is fresh and very good. While the absence of a menu board and a broken soda machine have added to customer frustration, the restaurant provides typical McDonald's food and service. The chef's effort to make a special order for a pregnant customer is appreciated.
