The place is all ways dirty the foods either always soggy or cold to the touch and today when I asked for a refill I forgot to ask for no ice but I told the next person I saw to see if they could tell her. Well they did tell her but when she came back with our drinks she said here’s your drinks with no ice he told me you don’t want ice then proceeded to give me my drinks filled with ice, like you guys can barely answer the counter and know cant do one small request?

Went there because I had a free item coupon from the last time they forgot me in the drive thru for 20 minutes and when I ordered a McDouble with only cheese I assumed that that would mean I would still have the…. Idk HAMBURGER part of it… nope just cheese in buns, which I had thought was kinda funny until I went up to the window and was going to just ask for a burger that was PLAIN instead the manager came to the window and got rude about how “well how do you want it then because I would have assumed it was as you ordered it with only cheese” that I did not find as funny, mistakes happen but when the mistake is as stupid as giving a customer two slices of cheese in a bun and then getting annoyed with the customer it’s less funny, if they would get rid of whoever the new manager is maybe they would have their food come out right in the first place, only had issues with her.

This branch is truly exceptional! They always get my order right and provide great service. Being pregnant, I had a craving for a vanilla cone with chocolate sauce, and they made it for me. I really appreciate their effort—thank you!

I placed a mobile order through their app. When I arrived, my order was in a DoorDash/Uber East container (yes, I verified it was mine through receipts and order number). When I opened the sealed container in front of them to ensure my order was correct, they instantly became agitated. When I realized my order was incomplete and addressed them, they replied “contact your costumer. You opened it, it’s your problem.” After providing that it was a mobile order and showed that they screwed up, they brought my missing items 20 minutes later. Because of this I had to ask them to remake the whole order again to ensure it’s fresh or refund my order, the cashier threw a tantrum. If working at McDonald’s is too hard, maybe you shouldn’t work there.

The BEST McDonalds I've been to in a long time! Great staff ,very clean restaurant, and their food was fresh and very good!!! All of the other McDonalds restaurants around the Boone/Ames areas need to do what they are doing here!!

after working nearly 23 hours I stopped for something to eat. they took the order of the vehicle ahead of me but refused to take mine. some stupid excuse. probably just lazy and can't actually do any work. this is a sorry excuse for a restaurant. if I could give it zero stars for service, I would.

Ordered food through the drive through and paid by card. When we got home we discovered they had completely skipped a 10 piece nugget. When I called in the manager told me if I don't take a half hour, round trip, to go back to their location, I don't actually want a refund, he doesn't appreciate my bad attitude, and I'm wasting his time.

Cancelled my entire Doordash order instead of just refunding me for the 2/3 items out of stock. I had sent screenshots of my order detail AND bank charge to my Dasher, and they refused to do anything. This ended up causing Doordash to send a second Dasher out to pick up the one item that wasn't out of stock, but they told her they couldn't see my order. I had to cancel the order on my end, after waiting over 30 minutes. The email for the out of stock items only came when I was on the phone with my first Dasher, btw. Actually ridiculous.

Food was good, and hot. Could have been a little cleaner but not bad. Don't like that they don't have a drink dispenser and have to go to counter to refill your drink, if no one is in line and you can get there attention it's not horrible I guess but I like to blend my drink.
