Basically a scam. They start with a base burrito and every addon is 2$, veggies, 2 oz of queso, ect. you easily have to pay 15+$ for mediocre food and cheap ingredients.

So I went to this place 9 years ago (it *just* showed up in my Facebook memory feed, which says, “Just had the best tamale of my life at #MrBurrito.”) and when I tell you I think about this place and whether or not it was still open after COVID-19 *quite* frequently and how happy I am now to see that it is, indeed, *still open* makes me so freaking happy. Like I had awesome food here and I *still* think about it nine years later. Not to mention the food was cheap enough for a broke college student to afford. This place is really one of the highlights of that time in my life, and I’m so glad it still stands because that means maybe my wife and I can go on a road trip and I can take her here ?

The best burrito spot on campus. They are so kind and make the best burritos, and they are so generous with the portions. This place is the best!

Overpriced burritos with cheap ingredients and the taste wasn't good. Go to pancheros

Not great overall, I was overcharged for "deluxe" when I asked for regular. the meat was average, tortillas are dry.

Quick and freshly made. Great options, I recommend the asada to anyone as it was my favorite of the meats I tried. Delicious!

This place was great. An absolute closet of a restaurant (although they do have seating inside AND out on the sidewalk), but that's irrelevant; the food and value were exemplary. Strolled in after the lunch rush, was greeted right away, and skimmed the menu for a minute. It's pretty straightforward and delineated well, but I later found there was a discrepancy in pricing between their website and the actual in-store menu. The website menu says a burrito is $7, but in-store, it's listed as 9 bucks, if I remember correctly. I'm realizing now I should've gotten some pictures of it. Sorry, gang; next time. Since I still had some walking to do, I went with the simple corn tortilla taco to go...and got more than I expected. They HEAPED on the meat, boys and girls! A generous amount of asada on my two little tortillas, then they piled my condiments on like they were my grandma who thought I was too skinny. It was glorious; I got basically two LOADED tacos for 3 bucks. My only minor, slight, teeny-tiny disappointment was the relatively scant amount of cilantro on my almost-authentic street tacos. The lime wedge was a fantastic inclusion, and, as I enjoyed my meal by Lake Laverne, I offered that spent citrus crescent to a nearby Canadian goose. He declined my gift. I'll definitely return to Mr. Burrito someday. The food was great, the staff was friendly, and their generous helpings are amazing!

This is a hole in the wall local joint but worth the stop in. Authentic tastes and great price. The staff is nice and the food is so good. Definitely a take it to go place ( just turn a blind eye to the nooks and crannies of the cleanliness) .

Anything you order there is amazing. Even if you're not sure what to order every flavor blends wonderfully.

This place is gas. If you like pancheros, Chipotle, or qdoba, give it a try. Owned locally and you get a ton of food.

Very hard to find, and park to get in the place. When I get there I get a very awkward interaction with clerck and cook. I guess I ordered a Torta from the menu, and it's not common. So, they disappear into the back to not hear back until I asked what's going on. Making the Torta was also an ordeal. Not sure if communications issue. Thought I tried to speak in Spanish to hep, but not sure that help. Guess eating there was not expected. Again everyone disappeared into the back the whole time I was eating.Torta itself was Ok, but not constructed with usual bean spread. The Al Pastor was also this very soggy meat that I've never got before for this type of meat.Vegetarian options: Menu had veg options.
