Everytime I have eaten here the food has been alright I don't like the tofu, but that's my preference. Sometimes the salsa is hot and I get that. Sometimes I make food at home too spicy and have to redo. The only difference is I am not a company selling it to consumers. Understanding humans are not perfect why complain about things when they don't go your way? I see too many comments here complaining about what they did wrong, but nothing about what they've done right. If you don't like the food or customer service than eat somewhere else. As a regular customer it saddens me to see such volgurness come fromthis community. I've seen people come in while i was ordering and start yelling at the cashier or people spilling soda on the floor and not cleaning it and an employee is getting chewed out because a college student was inconsiderate. Take care of your community and it will do the same in turn. Your negative reviews are a means to getting free food or reembursment Sometimes a last word. You guys are doing great here and I'd love to keep eating your burritos.

The last 3 times I’ve been here (between 6/7pm) they didn’t have queso. I get running out once, but THREE times during peak dinner hours and not having any backup ready is ridiculous! The csr behind the counter told me it would be an hour wait for queso. WHAT?! The food tonight was almost inedible— the chicken was hard/cold and the rice was obviously undercooked. Everything about this place could be better.

Honestly worst experience ever the shift lead at this location was yelling at the employees the employee serving me was already under a lot of stress she kept giving me and my friends attitude and gave me uncooked shrimp

First time customer/carry out order ... Decided to finally try Pancheros and I'm glad we did. I'm sure the chain gets compared to Chiptole a lot and there's some good/not so good differences. The flavors are very different, but all of our bowls were really tasty! I love how there's jalapeños as an option. Still many options of meat, and grilled veggies (must have) the size of the bowls were on the smaller size compared to Chipotle, and that's not a "nit pick" the actual bowl it's served in was smaller. I enjoyed the blue corn chips. But the bag is smaller as well, almost all the chips were broken, but still big enough to scoop salsa.

Girl rolling the burritos tried to serve both of my burritos that were completely ripped down the middle. I only caught the second one. When her coworkers told her it would need rewrapped she said it was fine and had them just wrap it up in the paper as they tried to tell her to rewrap it. I asked for a rewrap. She rolled her eyes and got another tortilla. As she was rewrapping it she was telling the cashier everything we got. He said "are we really going to charge them for the tortilla we ripped?" And they argued over it for a full minute right in front of us as she blamed it on our toppings. Do not get me wrong, I'm always charged for an extra tortilla. That would've been fine. But she tried blaming it on us. Then she got in front of him and pressed everything. I opened the first burrito. It was split down the middle. She was just rude. But also, I get it, I hated working in fast food too. But u don't get to be rude to customers. ?♂️

This location used to be a 5 star rating from me. After the last 2 visits i wont be returning ever. The portion sizes have been dramatically reduced. It takes 1.5 - 2 burritos to = what used to be a single burrito from this location.

All the workers were extremely obviously high and rude. The worker by the name of Aaron helping me obviously did not want to be helping me and when I asked for chips and queso he gave me the queso and walked away scoffing and that's when I had to call after him and ask for my chips and he rolled his eyes at me as if he hadn't just paid for it and came back and threw them in by bag.

I ordered online pickup and they had my receipt and inside the bag order correct- but it was not my my burrito at all. Im just thinking how could they go past 2/3 receipts and not get it right?
