Everytime I have eaten here the food has been alright I don't like the tofu, but that's my preference. Sometimes the salsa is hot and I get that. Sometimes I make food at home too spicy and have to redo. The only difference is I am not a company selling it to consumers. First time customer/carry out order ... Decided to finally try Pancheros and I'm glad we did. I'm sure the chain gets compared to Chiptole a lot and there's some good/not so good differences. The flavors are very different, but all of our bowls were really tasty! I love how there's jalapeños as an option. Still many options of meat, and grilled veggies (must have) the size of the bowls were on the smaller size compared to Chipotle, and that's not a "nit pick" the actual bowl...read full review
