We stopped at this particular Taco Bell late on a Wednesday, so maybe this is relevant, but i don't think it should have mattered.
The food and restaurant was absolutely gross. Every table was covered in food and my Mexican Pizza was sooooo burnt out was almost orange in color. There was also water all over the floor by the drink station.
Additionally, the bathrooms smelled like a sewer!
I’m rewriting my review on this place as i think it has improved quite a bit in the two years since i posted. they are much better with getting you the food you actually ordered, but still lacking in the customer service/ quality of food departments.
Avoid this Taco Bell!!
This Taco Bell always prepares my orders incorrectly! I‘m a vegetarian and usually pick black beans instead of meat. They ALWAYS prepare them with refried beans instead of black beans even though I choose it in the app and also tell them again at the drive through…. They even substituted the black beans in my chalupa with ground beef… I also didn’t receive any sauces with my last orders…

Overall, Taco Bell seems to excel in customer care and flexibility, though it struggles with food quality during late hours and cleanliness in some areas.
