Terrance is great. He took my “OK” experience and transformed it into amazing! The other employees were also warm and hospitable. Definitely get queso on the burrito. It’s worth the extra charge.
Had the pleasure of going into the pancheros located in ames for lunch on the 8/7 this year, and despite being a little overwhelmed being a tourist the staff members took their time in explaining my options and were happy to have a chat as they prepared what turned out to also be my dinner and not just lunch as it was amazingly tasty and filling

Literally the best pancheros I've ever been to. The staff (especially the girls) are always super quick, polite and nice despite working in a college town where they're always slammed. Food quality is always great and portions are consistent, even when ordering online. On the rare occasion they are out of anything they are always quick with a suggestion or solution. I literally love coming here and knowing the food will be bomb and the staff will pick up from our last...
