Use to be one of my fav places until today never have I been asked for my id me and my kids visit atleast twice a month.Now all of a sudden today is being ID’d pull out my id and says he can’t accept it because it’s laminated which was not true then my sister pulls out her id and he says he wouldn’t be comfortable accepting it for no good reason at all..You want good food drinks and service go next door to the bar and grill in the plaza and most of the games are broken and don’t work..so save yours some time and money and go else where

Made reservations for 2 lanes by the bar side. I was told that it was set and cost in a email.I requested that side do to having 10 + people and It just bigger and roomy Making it easier for all.So I get there and couldn't get that side due to leagues playing. But I didn't get a heads up on this and was put where there was little room and I had to do all the running to get food and drinks. The other times I've made reservations we had a host to do this.I have never been so upset with this services.When I paid for our games and food the guy at the cashier wanted me to tip them ....lol I said I'll tip in person to the one person that helped. No one else helped. Not a great services. I'm just happy people at the party were happy and they had fun. As for me I was tired at the end.

This was genuinely one of the worst experiences I had at a place. They force you on weekends to buy an hour of lanes, that’s fine it makes sense I suppose. $32 later have a lane.The way they have the lanes set up next to each other should be studied for how incompetent they are. They put us on lanes with the place to sit facing next to each other. So when you sit down you’re constantly looking across to the other people.Well just so happens that this group across from us was a kids birthday party, absolutely insufferable people as well not controlling their kids, they thought both the couches were theirs so constantly on our side. Lasted 15 mins before we gave up and left the lane and cited our complaints, absolutely no way to make it up to us they just said tough luck. Could’ve offered a game card or a partial refund, just nothing.On top of that this place has the worst oily lanes imaginable so if you even want a decent game of bowling it ain’t here.I will never go back

Timed bowling minutes! I’ve never heard of that and was not informed. My family of 5 came in for a fun night of bowling only made it into the 6th frame because we ran out of time. Went to go buy additional time which took more time to only realize our lane was booked so we had to leave. Really!! They should have told us there’s no way 5 people could have finished in 30 minutes. $32 for what??
Spoke to a manager, they didn’t really care.

Nice, and clean, very well maintained, also sponsored the bowling teams for high school.Need to sell snacks/CANDY...NOT just playing some Kid game to buy CANDY....Not all of your customers /patrons are going to do it...You are limiting the access for the customer, who in turn makes the place short-staffed because there are no extra profits, due to company needing profits for expenses......Think of the mark up.... I know what they can be as I was a manager at a small store, so we all helped order and stock...So what did i do? I went over to the gas station and got some candy from over there...That was $15.00 that could have been spent there....

The kids had a lot of fun here. The pizza was good. The bowling lanes were clean and well-maintained. We spent a lot of time in the arcade. It was a little pricey, but comparable to other arcades. The kids really liked the indoor playground. It was understaffed for winter break, but the employees were great at quick service and getting what we asked for. Only complaint is that the lightest bowling ball was 7 pounds, too heavy for little kids.
We had a group there (for 'Alex') and the bartenders/servers were awesome

At least half of the arcade games were out of order. We had a hard time spending the money we had put on our card because there weren't many games that were working that we wanted to play.

My kids and I had another great experience at Perfect Games and I wanted to give a shout out to the staff. They were super responsive on the bowling lanes, and gave one of my kids a new pair of socks (no charge!) so she could bowl with the rest of us. I could really tell they cared! The pizza & drinks were tasty, and the kids had a great time in the arcade/game area. We’ve played the mini golf course as well and found it fun from age 4 to 40!

Wonderful night bowling (maybe some drinking), lazer tag, and arcade!! Fun for the whole family. Only thing I could complain about is wishing they’d vocalize the $25 hour a lane as we had bought 5 games before learning about the hourly rate!! None the less, thank you Kevin and I forget the name of other guy who helped us but they were very informative and had exceptional customer service!!! Thank you!
