We had Rico’s cater our wedding this May and OH MY GOODNESS! We did a taco bar with pork, chicken, and fajita vegetables for the main and they were all so delicious, I still have guests messaging me and asking where they can get these tacos. We also did sides of rice, beans, and chips and salsa (they told us the salsa was made fresh and it was SO good). Jose was so kind and easy to work with, they set up the catering during our ceremony and were so quiet and quick about it, I didn’t even notice they had shown up. Please do yourself a favor and have them cater your event. I will 100% finding an excuse to go to Ames to visit them!

There can be a little bit of a wait because there are a lot of people waiting patiently as I did to get that bussing taco 🌮 taste and flavors. They didn't disappoint, everything looks like it was made from scratch and full of flavor. They are on my to go again list.
