We had Rico’s cater our wedding this May and OH MY GOODNESS! We did a taco bar with pork, chicken, and fajita vegetables for the main and they were all so delicious, I still have guests messaging me and asking where they can get these tacos. We also did sides of rice, beans, and chips and salsa (they told us the salsa was made fresh and it was SO good). Jose was so kind and easy to work with, they set up the catering during our ceremony and were so quiet and quick about it,...
