“We eat here a lot. I was happy to see an offer for a bonus $5 gift card with purchase of a $25 card. So I go for the offer, only to discover, several screens into the process, that there is a $2.50 "digital services fee." Come on guys. This really leaves a bad taste in your mouth.“

“Food is great, but two orders in a row, we have been shorted on sauce and pitas that we paid extra for. Strongly recommend to avoid using the online order because it will be filled incorrectly and there is a steep surcharges“

“I ordered catering this weekend for a bridal party as they got ready for their big day. The sandwiches were delicious, but the service was even better! The staff went out of their way to make the process as easy as possible, allowed me to pick up before they opened, and they even provided 2 sets of condiments. The best part…..they did that without me asking. When I ordered the staff explained the boxes and I said two would be great, so I have one for the bride suite and one for the groom suite. They went out of their way to make sure it was perfect and it was!!“

“Clean location. New menu is good. I had the Cajun Shrimp Fetticini, it was spicy and tasty. My wife had the Pulled Pork BBQ Mac & Cheese. The BBQ sauce was a little sweet for both of us. I suggest asking them to cut the BBQ sauce in half.“

“I ordered takeout so I didn't really experience the atmosphere. This was my first time ordering from Blaze and it was delicious! I need a gluten free crust, and had so many toppings to choose it took a while to decide. The end product was perfect. I've had gluten free pizza crust from several other places when I lived in Virginia and they weren't even close to mine from Blaze, as well as costing about $5 more for the same size. I'll be a regular there!“

“This is my favorite place in Ames, each time I want to relax or cheer up I ended up going there. I am a student and I love it that I can work from there. The fire place makes the atmosphere pretty cozy. The staff were always nice. I remember once I came there pretty late that they were about to close but they accept me to stay and have my food and edded up giving me some free cookies that was left from that day bakary. I went to other branches of banera bread but non of them were as clean and pretty as this one.“
