Hit the drive thru. Food menu is unreadable. Mention it to speaker lady. Says nothing I can do about it. Im not asking 50 questions for food. Then I was stuck behind 2 cars because you can't bail. There's an exit. But its blocked. Will go home and have toast or cereal.

My wife and I visit this specific Scooters frequently. The staff is always polite and cheerful, and some of the staff even remember us whn we get through the drive thru. Lucky Leprechaun is my favorite, but they only have it around March.

I enjoy Scooter’s Coffee, but I gave them 2 stars because every time I order an iced latte, I end up with a stomachache. I think this might be because they leave the milk out for too long. With the hot weather we're having, they shouldn’t be keeping it at temperatures that reach the red zone!

Took my down syndrome daughter inside to get a smoothie. Had to wait a while to order and the had to wait until there was no one in the drive thru before the 2 gals made her smoothie.
This is not right that all those in the drive thru got served first before someone who walks in is served. You need to change how you operate. We were there prior to a lot those in the drive thru yet they were given priority over us. THIS IS NOT RIGHT!!

I stop by this coffee shop pretty often, and Kim is always such a bright light! She’s consistently friendly, always smiling, and truly makes my day every time. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely kind.
I visited Scooters Coffee on Mother’s Day and was truly impressed by the team working that morning. Even though the store was extremely busy with a constant flow of customers, the staff remained calm, professional, and courteous throughout.
Despite the rush, drinks were made quickly and correctly, and every employee I interacted with was friendly and polite. It was clear they were working hard, but they didn’t let the pressure affect their service. Their teamwork and positive attitude made for a great experience, and I really appreciated their dedication—especially on a holiday morning.
Great job to the whole team! I’ll definitely be returning.

I handed thr manager my email that said redeem for your $2 off she said she couldn't take because it didn't come from the app. I said I have the app and this was sent to my email to redeem she still said no and said she doesn't have buttons on her register to take the 2 bucks off. I paid for the coffee full price and It was warm not hot it tasted aweful. I threw it away. Just the attitude of the manager for being my first time trying scooters is a total no return!!
