We drive about an hour away from home (on Sundays, because our church is right between here and our home) to eat here. This is easily the best and most authentic Chinese food I've ever had in Iowa. There's nothing like it in the Des Moines metro area. They also are great about making custom dishes and modifying things to various tastes, as well as recommending good new things to try!
My favorite is the dry-braised beef in spicy sauce hot pot! I can't get enough of it!

Sherry greets you at the front desk and does an excellent job and will take care of whatever food you need and manage it perfectly!
