The best lengua taco in Iowa ! It took my first favorite from Des Moines easily. Nice big juicy cooked chunks of lengua will melt in your mouth and make you question all your life decisions that came to this magical moment. Enlightenment doesn’t happen on the yoga mat, it happened here, right in from of this little truck with the handful of tacos shell, meat and a little salsa on top with a bit of lemon squeeze.

Very rarely will I attempt a Mexican legit food truck but these guys broke the mold in amazingly good food. I had the tortabirria and never looked back. If you see this truck shelling food out pull over.
Last night, we stopped in for a quick bite. We ordered 14 of their tacos: 8 steak, 4 chorizo and 2 pastor. Usually, we come here and have a great experience and their food tastes awesome. However, to my surprise, I found a goblet of hair in one of my tacos and made it where I definitely did not want to finish my meal. (To the establishment) PLEASE start inspecting your food BEFORE you serve it (and to customers ) PLEASE double check your food to make sure it’s up to cleanliness par and SAFE to consume.
