To start, the food is amazing! Each dish was incredible! Everything had so much flavor and was put together very well. Portion sizes are great for the price as well. The chicken was super tender and juicy with just the right amount of teriyaki sauce, in my opinion. Each sushi roll was put together very well with equal proportions. The red curry is excellent! Loved the sushi as well. Very busy place!
Service was excellent however, we did find hair in our food and the server took our order back. when we got our check he stated that the manager had put the food back on our check….. I’ve managed and also worked FOH and BOH and any time this was an issue the guest was never charged. As a customer this is disappointing and no manager came to do a table visit?? Would much rather continue to drive to the Ankeny location.
