I like coming here. I come here weekly as I work in town. They just re did the inside and it looks great. The staff is always friendly.My only complaint it that if you ask for extra veggies they barely put any on.for example if I ask for extra pickels one guy will say I'm only supposed to give you 3 pickles. And so if you ask they may give you 5 slices. It just seems silly..I get there is a rule of thumb but if someone asks for extra we don't need to be so Dainty with it. It's a bit frustrating. There is one girl who wil actually give you extra if you ask for it but overall they could tell the staff that if someone asks for it to give it to them.

The whole place needs a makeover. The walls look gross. Some of the staff need to work on their hospitality skills. There was an elderly woman with a big order before us. The young woman waiting on her was not very friendly and she kept rolling her eyes at the customer's order. It was a bit difficult but that is her job. Show some respect, because without those orders there is no need for you to receive your paycheck.

I've never been disappointed by the food here, it's exactly what you expect from a Subway. Typical Subway atmosphere. Staff are always friendly. Lines can get pretty long during the lunch rush, so plan accordingly.

The only reason I'm giving it more than one star is because they are quick at making the sandwiches, I ordered on February 28th and received a 6" instead of the 12" I paid for and had no onions or salt and pepper. Thinking this was simply a bad day for them I didn't write a review after the associate was less than helpful when I called and asked for a refund for what I paid for. Tonight I ordered again (a total of 5 foot longs and a flatbread) and again the flatbread is completely rock hard and I'm missing toppings on sandwiches. I will now be driving to Marion instead of continuing to throw my money away.

Sandwiches were okay, fairly standard, just irritated that they accept no coupons. Every other Subway I have ever been to take the coupons you get in the mail, not this place. Guess they don't want business that bad, would've spent more and come more often if they accepted them. Bad business practice

Subway is great! Only giving four stars since they no longer take coupons. They have so many options for everyone! Great place for a fast bite to eat and the cookies are excellent staff is friendly and the building is always clean when I’ve been in!

Only 2 choices for bread, white or wheat. Ingredients put on sandwich seem to be getting less than other locations.

I had to keep asking the lady to add more lettuce like three or four times and that I wanted more onions and more green peppers and more mayonnaise. This was just extra for no reason, I think they need some younger employees.

I specifically ordered the FL supreme meat which I assumed was double meat anyway but no big deal if it wasn't. But I said the one that cost 7.59. The kid double meated it, toasted it, I got every veggie and mayo and salt and pepper. As well as another six inch for someone else I had to take back to motel. I get overchargered and point it out politely. Three guys behind the counter and the dude actually took the sandwich and put it behind him. At this point there's three people behind me getting sandwiches made. I had to ask, "tell me you're not remaking the sandwich". He was like yeah you have to pay for the extra meat. I was like, no, the kid made a mistake, no big deal but I'm in a hurry and I'm not getting back in line for your guys mistake. I e been in the service industry for years...you just eat the extra charge. I'm still there spending 15 dollars. Instead, it became a big issue and made me look like the a****** till finally I think the lady behind me just said I'll pay for it. Which is ridiculous to potentially embarrass someone like that, I mean i don't give a s**** but I like don't really like being put in that position. The hefty guy at the register just kept saying, you didn't pay for the extra meat. Yeah dude, I did t ask for it either. Honestly, they were all younger guys...clearly, or at least in my mind they wanted the free sandwich. What other conclusion could I come to? If they were Really concerned that subway as a company was losing money on extra meat portions that wouldn't they be more upset that the whole footlong was to "waste." I shouldn't have had to argue for it. It was there mistake but I think they did end up making the lady behind me pay the extra. Horrible customer service, throughout all that not one "sorry sir, we will have to remake it as company policy..." or something like that. Instead, I was treated like I was trying to get away with something. Not cool.
