The staff was so nice and accommodating!! Also loved that you have diet Dr Pepper in a bottle and staff gave me a cup so I could put it on ice !! Thank you and I will come again!! I’m from out of town !!
The food here is what you expect from a subway! The place is clean every time I go in! The staff are always polite!
Excellent customer service, even when I’m the idiot. Thanks again!

Subway, located in Anamosa, has received mixed reviews from customers. While some appreciate the friendly staff and recent interior renovations, others have complained about cleanliness and service. One customer mentioned encountering a rude cashier and dirty tables, leading them to prefer the Monticello location. Another customer enjoys visiting weekly but finds it frustrating when staff are stingy with extra toppings. Overall, there are calls for improvements in cleanliness, customer service, and staff attitudes at this Subway branch.
