While traveling through Iowa we wanted lunch at a local restaurant. Not the typical fast food. Larry's is that place. Furnishings are definitely worn from age and use but tables were clean and in usable condition. Menu was large enough to find something to fit tastes. Had the Monte Christo sandwich and cream of potato soup. Both were fantastic and it was nice to see a classic sandwich like that on the menu.
The food was delicious old diner feeling. Although the waitress we had was the worst I've ever had. Only came to the table to get drink orders bring food and check never to refill drinks check if we need anything oh and my girlfriend is still waiting on her ranch ??.

Went in to eat tonight with my fiancé and it was super busy! The waitresses did an amazing job keeping up with all the craziness and still did An amazing job serving us, as well as everyone else. I highly recommend Larrys due to the small town home feel along with good food at a price that’s hard to beat!
