UPDATE: I spoke with Renee the store manager. She was amazing and is making it right as well as dealing with the employee from last night. Very happy with her.
I placed a delivery from order this Casey's. The worker is supposed to fill the order then Doordash picks it up. My entire order was wrong! I tried reaching out to the driver and got no response so I called the Casey's directly. I explained to them that my entire order was wrong. The guy had an attitude and said I don't know what you want me to do. I said well apparently the people there don't read English because literally out of the 12 items I ordered and paid for 9 of them are wrong! He hung up on me. I will be filing a complaint tomorrow morning with his supervisor and with corporate because this is ridiculous!!!

If they aren't going to have Penny's then they need to round down and eat the cost for the pennies or change their prices so you don't need pennies. I do cash not my card. I had a total of 4.47. I gave 4.50. with I should get 3 cents or round down so I get 5 cent back. I had to tell the person this but they said they won't do that. Other Casey's I go to have done that. So I told them to give me the change back so he gets to exact change. 3 cents can be 21 cents by the end of the week getting donuts.

Hands down the most disgusting bathroom I've seen at any Casey's. There was toilet paper all over the floor with feces in it. The floor itself was disgusting as well. I will not be coming back to this location.

So I just stopped for breakfast and to use the restroom, ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. The restroom is horrid, there was fecal matter all over the stall and toilet and seat. The entire room smelled rancid like someone sprayed urine everywhere and left it for months on end. The food, it was cold and not fresh at all. Most definitely sitting for hours. Read the time on the package and it said enjoy by 7am. Mind you I stopped there at 10:30am. Absolutely horrible experience. Will never go back. Would leave 0 stars but it’s not an option unfortunately

Don't come here for gas! Price was $3.35 even though Google shows gas at $2.94. I pushed $3.35 button, but receipt shows $3.89/gal. Manager said the pump had issue but he can't do anything. Will have this fraudulent charge disputed. Time: 6/25/2024, 4:48 PM.

12/28/23 11am if you like dripping GREASY pepperoni pizza this is the place for you. Didnt look bad in warming rack but was horribly messy to try to eat while driving. Unable to finish it, too greasy; needed wet wipes. Friendly staff, lots of parking & pumps.
