I went here for the first time today at 3pm, which was surprisinglyvery busy. Appearance wise the place was absolutely terrible. Nothing was stocked, all of the trashes were over flowing, all of the tables were extremely dirty, and the floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned for quite some time. When eating at the original Chipotle in Denver Colorado, we had the feeling of a great fresh-Mexican meal. We were super excited to see that they are here in Iowa as well. We love the fresh guacamole, salsas, and lime chips. Whether you get a burrito, bowl, or salad… it’s all great!!!

I have to say, this chipotle has not been the best in awhile. However, this past weekend I picked up some food and was surprised by the staff. They gave out decent portions, they actually seemed approachable, the tortilla person was calling back meats on time so nothing was running out.
