UPDATE: after multiple attempts, my husband was able to speak to the manager. Our order was refunded. Appreciate that the order was refunded but won't be in any hurry to go back.
This location has gotten our order wrong three times in a row. Shame on me for thinking they could read the online order and execute correctly. Shame on them for not training or staffing appropriately. ☹️
