This is usually my “go-to” JJ’s. Their inability to get their drive thru speaker fixed for over a month has made me look elsewhere for a convenient lunch option. Spend the money to fix it and maybe you’ll see an uptick in sales.

They are either slow to the point of taking over an hour from order time till food arrives or they can't deliver your order because your doing cash payment and they choose to use Uber instead of having people to actually do delivery.

As I Walked in a lady came up to me and said “don’t order what I wouldn’t order” and proceeded to walk out. ( idk who the woman was ) As I looked at the employees one girl was laughing and asking the other employee “whats wrong with her” As I go up to the counter I wanted to know more about the firecracker wrap and how big it is. The employee (A guy) seems annoyed and was answering very rudely and unprofessional. We order and it’s time to pay I had tap after 2 attempts The same employee stated it doesn’t work some times and once again had an attitude. I got my drink/food and walked out 1/10 I wouldn’t recommend coming to this location as the employees are rude and unprofessional.
great food, i got a tuscan italian wrap and it was delicious and fresh tasting!! the only problem i had was that the driver stuck his toes in my lettuce and told me it was because they had run out of parmesan.

Placed an order, placed a 25% tip. Then waited. After the Tracker failed to update after 45 minutes I call the store and get told the delivery driver isn't even there so I go to pick up my food. It's not until I show up they tell me they don't even have the bread to make one of my sandwiches. I asked when exactly were they going to tell me that they couldn't make my food nor deliver it. Literally no response, just stares at me. I advise I want a refund on my sandwich they can't make, the delivery fee, and tip. This us why I rarely order from them anymore. Just horrible service.

Love a good Veggie Unwich while out and about but have to say I’m less than excited that they no longer are freaky fast as an unwich had to be eaten instantaneously or it turns into a river of watery mayo… I appreciate the options as a vegan with Celiacs but wish fresh was emphasized more! Still…. My one and only fast food option !
Vegetarian options: Veggie has tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, avocado, sprouts (sometimes) and onions if you choose!
Dietary restrictions: Get the unwich!
