I went through DT on the N Ankeny Blvd location and my card declined I did not realize later finding out my card got comprised and a bunch of money was taken out that I did not approve the employees were SUPER rude about it I contacted Connor Nason the manager and explained the situation and how extremely rude the employees were. His response was my employees did not compromise ur card. You need to call ur bank I responded as did I say that?! I said it was how it was handled....read full review
drive through broken drink machine broken understaffed employees with hands in their pockets I would have left but I already paid. only one employee was actually working hard.
I rarely ever give a bad review but this was out of this world ridiculous. literally the worst experience ever
