I've gotten a couple of coupons from a parade, and I didn't realize they were only for a certain location, but they took them anyway. I got amazing coffee for two days, and the staff is always friendly. Thank you for making my work mornings better!
Thank you to the gracious employee who took the “pre-made” salt off of the pretzel for my toddler who cannot have that much salt. Thank you to the employee who informed me they came “pre-salted” as an FYI to not be a “problem” in the future and continue to complain about the matter very audibly while making the order. Apologies for any inconvenience but appreciate the employee who removed the salt anyway. My son thanks you as well! Always great service at Scooters...
The manager needs to not talk about how "bad" things are within the building for all employees to hear.
