This is my favorite Starbucks in town. I go through the drive through almost daily and everyone is always so polite. One of the staff (I believe her name is Sara) is here almost every day as well and I have never met someone as kind as her in the service industry. Working in the service industry is hard and I always appreciate genuine kindness and enthusiasm - especially early in the morning. Keep up the great work everyone, you do an awesome job! :)
Pros and cons??Apparently....many locations are now....not allowing customers access to sugar and or cream. Kept behind the counter and you'll have to go to the counter and ask.Yes....you could have the staff add the sugar or cream at the time they are pouring the coffee but we prefer to add our own. SB's will save money across the country by no longer having the condiments out for customers....
This review has been long and coming. I’ve been coming to specifically this location for over 2 years. I prefer here instead of anywhere else. Also just want to give a shout-out to the manager. I’ve spoken to her on many occasions and she is such a pleasure! Since I’ve been here so much they know exactly the drink I order, and often it’s out and ready before I even order. I worked at Starbucks many years ago and remember how fast-paced it was. So thank you to everyone...
