Bar tender was friendly and did a great job, and the wait staff served happily and quickly. Chef did a great job and entertained and engaged us, while we had delicious food at the hibachi grill. The sashimi salad - incredibly sophisticated ginger-based sauce and amaranth shoots with freshest fish; and the scallops over Japanese eggplant, leek, and Iowa sweet corn was one of the best entrees of my life. “The family that runs the restaurant is so kind and welcoming. The crab ragoons are stuffed with real crab and are super delicious 😋 the shrimp tempura roll was very fresh and flavorful.
