We've come here multiple times. While the ice cream itself is delicious, the service becomes worse. The first time we came in after they opened, we were greeted well and told about options. The last 4 times, staff were rude, too busy on their phones, and this last time, rushing us to order, even interrupting us, when we were the ones ones in there.

This was one of our favorite places to stop at since the day they opened. Aaron, Leslie, and all of the teenagers that have worked here since that day have always been very kind and a pleasure to deal with. The service is always top shelf, and the ice cream has to be the best that we've ever had. My wife, and I, would also walk by this place nearly every evening as part of our huge evening journey around this side of town. About a month ago, before we moved to Alabama, we even made sure to stop in one last time to enjoy the ice cream that will never be matched down here. We were packing and we were busy, but you make time for what's important. Thanks, Aaron, for everything over the last couple of years. Andrea, and I, wish you continued success with this venture, as well as whatever the future holds for you.

We have gone to UD many times and recently after dinner we took another visit to Uptown Dairy as the flavors are top notch. We aren't the only ones who like to do this. On a Friday after 6:45 pm, almost straight to 8pm there was a line to the door. The young man behind the counter (I'll call him IOWA) was a young individual had to be still in high-school and he was the only service member on staff we could see. This youngster was patient, efficient, helpful, friendly and made quick work of the line. Several customers were able to get tasters while he helped others. I have not seen this level of responsibility and reliability in that's youth and this guy was handling it with ease! WAY TO GO 'IOWA'. Nice hat btw. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My family visited on a Friday evening around 7:00p.m. it was very very very busy. I have to say the one employee Carter, working by himself did an amazing Job! Friendly, Quick and sufficient! Very nice staff and indoor/outdoor seating. Idk how we haven’t tried Uptown Dairy since it opened! I’ve been missing out on some delicious ice cream. I’m a coffee ice cream kinda girl and their Daily Grind hit the spot especially when I added a scope of the Blueberry Waffle Cone ice cream on top! We also tried their Mango sorbet and Cookies and Cream I believe is what my husband ordered. I’ve been telling all my friends and coworkers about it! Can’t wait to go back this weekend!

Great place! Perfect treat after a hot bike ride on the trail. Nice clean place with great atmosphere. My only suggestion would be to put your Mint Chip ice cream in a separate freezer. The Cookie Monster I ordered faintly tasted like mint due to it absorbing tastes in the same cooler.

The first time I went there they just opened I can say that it was a pretty strange experience because the owner or so I think he gave me a free ice cream token at the farmers market for its opening then I went and they gave it to me but the guy who was attending thought I didn't pay and went to follow me and tell me that I had to pay I felt a lot of shame because everyone was looking at me but in the end it was resolved and I didn't pay anything. Today I was there nearby and I decided to give them another chance the staff was very friendly and the flavors that my son and I chose were delicious I understand that my past experience was a misunderstanding and that they were starting to the public
