We already expected a good experience based off of the reviews, but it truly was an excellent stay. The communication, guide, and recommendations were timely and appreciated. The are itself was a 10 min drive or less to any of the big draws in Arnold Park. The Lake was easily accessible and a short drive/walk as well. The reviews didn't hype the breakfast enough! I've recommended this place several times over, it's worth it.

I arrived early and planned to work from my vehicle for an hour or two. The owner noticed me and came over and asked if I would like to check in early. That’s the level of service that I experienced for my entire stay. I look forward to returning.

Great facility and extremely clean and well kept. Beautiful grounds. Most accommodating hosts who serve wonderful breakfasts. Easy access to all areas of Okoboji. There is a bit of traffic noise but it doesn't affect enjoyment of property. Highly recommended!

Our experience staying here was just perfect. The property itself is beautiful inside and out. Bridget and Bill were amazing hosts, so accommodating and the breakfast service is wonderful. We really enjoyed the “extras”, such as enjoying the outdoor fireplace / patio before turning in for the night, walking the nature trail adjacent to the Inn, playing pool in the garden level den (where complimentary snacks and drinks are available!), the nicely curated lists of recommended things to do and places to eat and shop, the fireplace in the room, the super comfortable bedding, the bathrobes… I could go on and on. Felt like we were at 5 star resort for a fraction of the price. We will definitely be back!
