My husband brought his 2 deer up from Missouri because our local shops wouldn't take deer unless it was already cut up. We could have done it but really wanted to try someone different. We are so glad we did! We got summer sausage, bologna, burger & regular cuts. Best venison summer sausage ever! Love the way the meat is all packaged too! This was our first experience with Zeb's Smokehouse. From the day the Rancher dropped the beef off until today when we picked up the processed meat, we have been informed all along the way. They were great to deal with, fair priced, quality cuts and packaging and we plan to use them for processing in the future.

We have done business with them for years and its the best summer sausage, jerky, etc., around. The smoked turkey is over the top. We process our beef with them as well and their knowledge, helpfulness and integrity makes it a pleasure to do business with them!
