All I can say is WOWWWWW. My husband and I have been wanting to try Bad Ash BBQ for quite some time and finally got a chance tonight (literally just finished eating) and we were not disappointed. Everything was absolutely delicious! From the pulled pork to the brisket (which I’ve never been a fan of but pretty sure Jimmy just changed my mind with his!) to all of the sides and the desserts. We will absolutely be repeat customers time and time again because it is THAT good. Jimmy is a true master of his craft!

I love the pulled pork sandwich with everything on it. I love it so much I may have to get another one soon.

I’ve been waiting too long for this. I ordered the platter for myself and my son got the brisket sandwich and potato salad and let me tell you I got a punch in the mouth of awesomeness flavor to my taste buds. Baked beans were omg good. The pulled pork was soooo freaking good! So was the brisket. Bold tangy barbecue sauce. Brisket Mac and cheese was out of this world. Potato salad was fantastic. Cole slaw is yummm, throw some black pepper on it and it’s the best have ever had. Smoked Peach cobbler was to die for. Like give me more now!! Don’t wait for it to be later in the day because Jimmy sells out quick! I got there at 11:30 and the line was huge. Glad I got there earlier or I would have missed out on some amazing food!! I’ve been wanting to try Bad Ash for over a year now. I love BBQ and there isn’t much in the Dubuque area. I finally was able to try it out today, I’m currently in a food coma! It was better than I expected. SO tender and delicious. The bbq sauce has the perfect kick. The sides were amazing! The cobbler…chefs kiss. I am dying to try the burnt ends and ribs. My husband and I will definitely be back for more. You’re doing a wonderful job Jimmy!!

Bad Ash catered my son’s graduation party yesterday. He is beyond professional….and the food. WOW! AWESOME! TO DIE FOR! Our guests were ranting and raving, especially about the BRISKET……..everyone wanted to know where I had catered the food from! If you need an event covered, you absolutely need Bad Ash BBQ!!!!! We can’t thank you enough!!!!!!!! ♥️🔥🎓

Was going thru town visiting this part of state. I remembered seeing this place on Facebook. Glad we stopped. The brisket and basket beats were awesome. Will definitely will have to come back

We are camping and went into town for some food. Stumbled upon Bad Ash BBQ & they did not disappoint!! Great customer service, fresh food and the food was delicious!! Definitely make the stop if you’re in the area. You won’t be disappointed!!

there are no 'wrong' choices at Bad Ash.... it's all bangin.... James and son are a pleasant bonus for sure. If you don't like brisket you've never tried it here .. the ribs definitely deserve a shout out and I buy the pulled pork by the pound and can eat it morning noon and night!!! this place is a 12 outta 10!!!!!

The best macaroni and cheese! Amazing huckleberry burnt ends! Bad Ash is soooo good! Give them a try!

We stopped by for the first time today and everything was amazing! The burnt ends were fabulous! The pulled pork and brisket was mouth watering. You really don't need any sauce on it! The mac and cheese, might just be my favorite now! We got the pound of strawberry rhubarb cobbler and it was sooo good! Plenty there for 4 or 6 servings! Looking forward to the next visit!
